The hotel had very gracious and exceptional staff on management. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was awesome to satisfy everyone. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a cable TV with on-demand movies, TV, and a microwave. This accommodation had a central setting conveniently close to everything.

The staff here are amazing, offering exceptional service with a smile, and the location by the sea is perfect for exploring.

The location here is simply amazing! 🌟 It's super convenient, right near all the cool attractions and just a stone's throw away from Home Depot, Monterey, the local area, and even the aquarium. It doesn't get better than that!

The hotel is huge with exceptional and incredible staff members. The venue serves good hot breakfasts and offers spacious and bright rooms with a fridge and microwave. The customer service is excellent, and they offer a shuttle to the hotel.

Elevator was broke so the others were delayed

Amazing experience. Had to get away and the embassy suites was like paradise away from home. Full fitness center including dry sauna. Complimentary breakfast. Ocean views. Attentive and polite staff. Couldn't be happier.

Could be a bit less expensive, but for what you receive as a guest it still is an excellent value.

The complimentary breakfast was hot and included sausage and omelettes, served by the exceptionally helpful staff. They offer Hearing Accessible rooms with an AIR PURIFIER and a couch, making everyone feel welcome. The hotel is centrally located near the attractions in nearby Monterey.

The staff was incredibly nice and consistently courteous, helping us get a shuttle to the hotel. The room was recently refurbished and modern, with windows on 2 sides, which I really enjoyed. The venue is located in a central area close to popular tourist spots like Cannery Row and dining options that are within walking distance.

They charge for WiFi in room. Are you kidding? I travel a lot and haven't been asked to pay for WiFi in years. That would be like being asked to pay for TV. I stayed in 2 other hotels in the area within the week of my stay there and WiFi was free. I should have been informed by Booked.net that this property nickle-and-dimes by charging for WiFi.

The location here is great, within walking distance to Monterey and the surrounding area, and the rooms are quite spacious with a comfortable sleeper sofa, living area, and a private balcony.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. the room was spacious and had convenient access to nearby venues. - the wake-up service was handy and worked well. - the microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and fridge were all in good condition. - the location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk from Laguna Grande Regional Park.

We loved our reasonably spacious and updated room with a great view. The hotel location was marvelous and ideal in a downtown area. We had much fun and met very gracious and exceptional staff in management.

Breakfast was great, as were all the little extras that came with the room.
